Reporting into the HR Director, your responsibilities would include: Job Role Responsible for maintaining IR with the plant team for ensuring smooth working of the plant and liasioning with govt. officials to maintain smooth and harmonious work relationship. - Design, plan, and implement human resources programs for a plant - Administers corporate policies relating to compensation, benefits, visa/green card processing, employee relations, training, and health and safety programs - Ensure compliances to all legal formalities and regulations and handling social accountability issues. Ensuring compliance to legal statutory compliances and handling various legal inspections and liasoning with govt. officials - Responsible for Admin., Safety & Statutory & Legal Compliance - Contract Labour Management and Optimum utilization of resources. EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE - 10+ years of successful HR/IR experience in a manufacturing organisation - Qualification: MBA-HR - Experience in Food & Beverage is preferred - Proven ability to communicate and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organi-zation. - Proven ability to coach and motivate factory staff. - Proven ability to drive the HR processes from plan to close. - Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of organisation and people and position them against competitors. - Experience in developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions. - Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills - Excellent verbal and written communications skills PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES - Good negotiation & influencing skills; - Efficient organizational skills; - Good interpersonal skills; - Good communication skills; - Self-motivator, flexible and able to work at pace; - Work with positive spirit and discipline always.
