Urgent opening for Plant HR Manager - MNC

Ideal profile will be an MBA with 6 to 10 years of experience in HR and IR with MNC's.

CTC- will not be constraint for right candidate.

Location : Gurgaon

Responsibilities

- Responsible for Plant HR and IR,

- Should have good experience in leading MNC manufacturing industry.

- Implementation of IR and HR processes like Manpower and Organization Planning.

- Ensure overall legal and statutory compliance as applicable appraisal,

- Performance appraisal, statutory compliance, legal, statutory

- Supporting the business strategy translating into HR action

- Maintain harmonious Industrial Relations through various employee engagement initiatives.

- Dealing/Negotiating with unions/workmen bodies

- Driving the Recruitment, Performance Management and Training processes for the Plant

- Compensation and benefits aspect, especially in view of employee relations

- Employee Communication and General Administration
