- Handling all HR related issues in the plant.  - Responsible for initiating disciplinary proceedings i.e. framing of charge sheets, conducting of domestic enquiries, etc.   - Assists the DGM & RH-HR on the specific issues assigned to him from time to time such as man-power planning, (both management and non-management), and planning for PCMM.  - Finalizing the matters relating to increments, promotions etc  - Major Contribution in Business Excellence, HR Excellence Models and coordination with Head Office on the same.  - Handling the entire gamut of activities in Learning and Development   - Handling Employee engagement initiatives for the plant   Job Responsibilities :   - The incumbent also assists the RH-HR on the specific issues assigned to him from time to time such as man-power planning, (both management and non-management), and planning for PCMM.  - The incumbent is guided by policy in finalizing the matters relating to increments, promotions etc.,  - The incumbent should have complete experience in recruitment procedure.  - The incumbent should be handling entire gamut of employee engagement activities in the company and ensure in facilitating good relations among the employees.  - Well-versed with training needs analysis, Learning and Development, Training Calendar and budgeting.  - Should design and deliver / implement an effective training strategy.  - Should perform competency analysis and assessment.  - Well-versed with adult learning principles, should be able to influence stakeholders   - Managing training MIS and periodic reporting to stakeholders.  - Should be aware of training evaluation methods/tools.  - Manage employee engagement activities including conduct of surveys, gathering employee data, managing reviews and roll out initiatives in collaboration with Head - Employee engagement and all stakeholders.   - With respect to recruitment of NM (Non management) level trainees, the incumbent plans and conducts campus interviews.  - The major challenge faced by the incumbent relates to convincing the Trade Unions on progressive steps adopted by the Company towards becoming more competitive by adopting Business Excellence Model, their individual contributions for developing Business Excellence Culture in the Organization through total Employee involvement, transparent communication, maintaining discipline, reduction of wasteful expenditure of resources and related costs.  - It is also a challenge for the incumbent to convince the user departments on the need for getting higher productivity with the existing manpower whenever there arises a need for more people from the departments, so that all avenues are explored before fresh intakes are taken.  - Contacts to be made and maintained by outside agencies like Govt. departments (State Labour Departments)/agencies such as labor, Management Institutes, Polytechnic Institutes and Professional Bodies like NIPM, HRD Network and ISTD etc.  - Handling all the Grievances raised employees with prompt response.  - Proactive ness and Spontaneity in dealing with the unions.  - Creation of a positive culture in the plant amongst all the employees.  - Entire gamut of Training management systems and procedures  - MBA -HR with 10 -15 yrs exp from manufacturing industry  - Hands on exposure in Training & generalist HR practices - Recruitment, Manpower Planning, Employee Engagement, Performance Appraisal  - Fluency in Telugu mandatory  - Experience in plant/factory training and development mandatory
