Plant HR Manager/HR Head

Our client, a leading MNC company is looking for the following:

Position Title: HR Manager - Factory (non-unionized)

Location: Pune

Reporting to: Plant Head & Global HR Head

Workforce: 500 employees + contract workforce

Responsibilities:

- To deliver high quality, standardised HR interventions across a range of HR activities in order to enable line managers and employees to add maximum value to the business.

- Key member of the Site HR services group and works with the site leadership team to deliver effective HR solutions.

- The incumbent is a medium to facilitate the development of a performance driven culture that distinguishes & focuses on talent.

- Recruitment, Induction & Confirmation

- Learning & OD

- Performance Management

- Projects & Strategic Initiatives

- Budget Planning

- External and Internal Communication

Requirements:

- MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent (2 yrs full time)

- 7-10 yrs of experience, min. 2 yrs in factory/plant/manufacturing/unit HR or min. 3 yrs as HR Generalist/HRBP

- Ideally from any Manufacturing Industry
