Job Responsibilities:
- Manage ER & IR, Employee welfare activities to motivate employees and build employee commitment.
- External Liaison to build image of the company.
- Statutory Compliance's,
- Industrial Relations
- Statutory Compliance to follow laws of land and avoid legal damage.
- Planning and budgeting to exercise control and reduce cost.
- Human Resource Management. Operations to build capabilities and rewards employees.
- Liaison & Administration.
- Training & Development.
Candidate Specifics:
- A core and well-rounded Human Resource Management professional with 6 to 10 years of experience, based upon a strong foundation of in depth knowledge of employee relations and functional skills with diverse industrial relations climate. ( if 6 yrs of exp, at least 4 yrs should be in plant, else at least 5-6 yrs of strong plant experience is required)
- Having high level of integrated leadership skills & competencies in HR, Administration, Industrial Relations, occupational safety, health & environment, hygiene. Well honed communication, presentation & interpersonal skills, strong analytical, commercial acumen for identifying & determining viability & profitability of alternative proposals, along with passion, drive, aspiration & commitment to excel in the dynamic organization
