Accountabilities:
1. Maintaining hormonal industrial relations
2. Engage Blue Collar Employees for better relations and Productivity
3. Compliance across the Plant.
JOB RESPONSIBILITY:
- Have regular meetings with the union(s) or Blue-collar employees to maintain cordial relationship
- Convene Grievance redresses meetings & goodwill meetings with the Blue collar and white-collar employees.
- Monitoring the overall functioning of the Canteen Services, transport, Guesthouse maintenance and other Welfare facilities provided to the employees.
- Monitor and Maintain discipline in the shop floor and take appropriate disciplinary action in case of any indiscipline.
- Ensuring Statutory compliance in respect of Plant and maintain good relationship with Govt. authorities.
- Drive Employee engagement initiatives such as quarterly engagement initiative, rewards & recognition program, hosting corporate events, training and development and Onboarding employees.
- Ensuring implementation of wage settlement clauses viz., wage increase, benefits, etc. for the blue collar employees of Plant.
- Monitoring contract labours wage revision and its implementation.
