Plant HR Manager - Chemical/Food/Manufacturing (10-15 yrs)
- Responsible for the entire HR operations in the plant.
- The incumbent will work closely with the Plant Manager and provide HR support for the operations.
- Leading negotiations with unions to win-win solutions & make proactive efforts to to avoid business disruptions
- Responsible for Employee benefits plan and budgeting
- Implement HR procedures/ processes/ programs such as: Performance
- Management, Organization Planning Process, Personal development plan, Diversity & Inclusion, Compensation and Benefits, Leadership Development programs, Talent Management, Work council management, etc.
- Ensure all internal and government compliance are adhered.
