- HR Budgeting, Admin Budgeting and cost control management.
- Employee engagement, CSR initiatives, surveys, development plan and implementation.
- Responsible for plant Legal and Statutory Compliance and ensured 100 % Legal compliance Interacting with Government officials for various inspections, permits, licenses, returns etc.,
- Responsible for maintain good Industrial relations by continuing the engagements initiatives.
- Handling labor related cases.
- Responsible for employee grievance management through the various forums.
- Responsible for Payroll process, salary survey & compensation management.
- Responsible for Employee Performance Management System (Balance Score Card & PLP).
- Responsible for Contract Labor management & Their Compliances
