Key Accountabilities :
- Business Partnering : Understanding Business Needs & thereafter Support on building Growth through Organisational Designs, Organisational Changes & increasing Productivity.
- Talent Acquisition : Recruit Permanent, Temporary & Contract Labour as per Budgets.
- Talent Management : Implement the Talent Management and Development programs in the Unit in line with the Corporate HR frameworks, including activities like deployment of HR policies, performance management, manpower planning, employee training and effectiveness, succession planning, etc. to cater to all employee needs in an efficient manner.
- Team Management : Manage, develop & extend necessary Support to the HR Team in the Unit on all HR & Organisation related issues so as to ensure their engagement & success.
- Stakeholders Management : Engage with Labor related Government Authorities, Manage Local Pressure Groups, Law & Order Authorities, Ensure fulfillment of COE's Agenda, Deploy Projects that are planned under CSR Calendar in the nearby localities, so as to build mutually beneficial relationships & manage the crisis effectively.
- Industrial Relations : Manage Unions & other Internal Pressure Groups and drive Wage Settlements, Extend various Welfare measures as per the calendar, Provide Legal support on all Labour related litigations and Interact & build relations with Peers in the nearby Industries, so as to ensure smooth functioning of the Operations.
