Job Responsibilities :
- Must have done Wage Settlements
- Responsible for strategic HR support for ensuing sustainability of the Plant business through right talent in the organization, having required competencies that's the differentiating factor in value creation.
- Improving and institutionalization of the HR Process like Manpower Planning, recruitment, performance appraisal, competency building, HR Operations - employee life cycle to meet business requirement current as well as future.
- OD intervention of involving people for improving both individual as well as team contributions through various TQM initiatives, Skill building of the lowest in the employee ladder and redefine the contribution levels of the employees.
- Driver for creating impact business bottom and top lines using Business Excellency as well as HR Excellency Model, mapping & Auditing HR processes against PCMM Levels.
- Engaging Employees with various employee initiatives so that more and more employees bond with the organization and strive to ensure they are contributing in the organizational goals.
- Creating a very valued brand image for the organization in the surrounding community through various CSR initiatives based on the society perception survey so that we are able to build a very strong & cordial relation for mutual benefits.
- Ensuring harmonious Industrial relation for enhancing productivity, handling both Employee's Union and Contract Labor Union. Educating the line manager in Industrial relations to develop IR capability and maturity in the organization.
