Plant HR Head - Manufacturing

We have been given the mandate for immediate recruitment of Plant HR Head for a MNC Conglomerate for their manufacturing unit in Navi Mumbai ( Thane Belapur).

An ideal candidate with 13 to 18 years of experience in Industrial & Human Resources experience in the plant and age would be between 35 to 42 years of age.

He must be a graduate with MBA in IR & HR from a good institute of repute (Tier 1 /Tier 2)

Preferred candidate must have excellent exposure in Industrial Relations in manufacturing company of repute and must have dealt with worker- s union related matters

Must be very good in liaisoning with Government Agency and Labour Court in Labour Related matters.

MUST KNOW MARATHI LANGUAGE ( Spoken & Written).
