About the client : One of the industrialist groups into process manufacturing having presence in India and Overseas

Experience : 10+ years

Age : 40+

Education : MBA and Graduate

- Reporting would be to HR Director

- Preference would be given to someone from Manufacturing and should have worked at the Plant Level instead of Corporate.

Responsibilities :

- Managing entire HR Life Cycle from Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Talent Management, Employee Engagement & Culture

- Developing & executing people strategy in line with Business plans / company strategy

- Experience in Wage Settlements / handling Industrial Relations / Employee Relations in Union environment / Statutory Compliance

- Candidate should be open for Rajasthan
