They are globally present in about 100 countries with employees worldwide.

Job Description :

Reporting into the Director HR your roles & responsibilities will include :

- Working with the leadership to manage the plant HR activities

- Participating with the leadership team in project planning and execution

- Manpower planning and budgeting to attract the right talent to fill key positions within a stipulated time frame

- Ensuring the successful process of the plant by liaising with all external authorities to ensure legal & statutory compliance

- Creating the overall HR Strategy in line with the business plans and executing on all aspects of HR - Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Organisation Design, Talent Management and Industrial Relations.

The Successful Applicant :

- MBA from premium B School

- You come with 10-15 years of experience in a Plant HR role in a Manufacturing set up

- You have managed IR in your past roles and can smoothly handle discussions with unions

- Excellent communication & presentation skills
