Plant HR Head - Industrial Relations - Chemical Manufacturing Firm

Position: Plant Head HR

Location: Karaikal

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensuring the smooth day-to-day HR operations in the plant

- Leading the Plant HR Team

- Responsible to manage HR & IR life cycle of all categories of employees

- Heading Plant HR Operations, Legal & Statutory Compliances, Employee Relations, Employee Engagement, HR Services, Welfare & Benefits, HR Technics, Metrics & Methodology etc.

- Budgeting and Cost Management in terms of ERE, Labour & Operational cost

- Dealing with routine Discipline & IR Issues and initiating measures for disciplinary action, enquiries and domestic enquiries and managing internal investigations

- Adhering to statutory compliance and all administrative functions and CSR activities for the factory

Requisites:

- MBA/ MSW/ LLB with minimum 18 years experience in Plant HR, IR, Labour Relations experience

- Experience in Chemical industry will be an added advantage
