INR 650 -700 cr with an aggressive CAGR of over 30%.  The opportunity of Plant Head HR will be responsible for all aspects of Human Resource, Personnel and Industrial Relations of the Manufacturing Facility.   - The Plant currently has over 200 permanent workmen, 60 - 70 Staff and over 2000 contract employees (almost half the workforce is women).  - In addition to supporting the India requirement, this plant also exports (globally) capacity of over INR 300 crores   The role would encompass (but not limited to) the following:  - Drive overall recruitment agenda for the Plant  - Compensation & Benefits Planning & implementation   - Industrial and Employee Relations  - Engage proactively and help build relationships with the staff and workmen at all levels   - Wage Negotiations with the Union  - Discipline & maintaining high standards for work ethics.  - Monitor Employee Productivity   - Driving Collaborative Culture  - Legal Governance and Compliance for the Plant  - Contract Labour Management  - Implementation of Systems and Process across the Plant.  - Overseeing local administration requirements of Guest House, Travel, etc.  Ideal Candidate:  - Post Graduate Degree/ MBA in Human Resources from a good B-School  - Ability to handle multicultural and diversity employee population at Leadership and Workmen Level   - Strong interpersonal skills   Reporting Relationship:  - Functional reporting to Head - Human Resources   - Administrative reporting to Head - Production   Direct Reportees: 6 - 7 (Direct & Indirect)
