- Establishes and maintains a presence on the plant floor
- Proactively identifies and resolves employee relations issues in a fair and consistent manner that protects the needs of the plant to operate in an effective and efficient manner.
- Exposure to Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Performance Management, OD etc. Shop floor HR activities
- Driving Productivity, Man power cost control
- Liaising with Govt bodies, compliance's, IR etc
- Experience of Corporate & Plant HR function, Align/transform strategies
- Excellent knowledge of Labour Laws and should have the confidence and maturity to interact at senior management levels, Should be well versed with HR Tools and techniques
