Plant HR Business Partner - Manufacturing

Position :- Plant HRBP

Exp :- 5-10 Yrs in plant or site in manufacturing

- Must be strong with stakeholder management, strategy framing and implementation, performance management, employee engagement and handling employee attrition

- Exp in human resources planning & budgeting

- Preparation of periodic HR MIS, reports and analysis

- Excellent communication skills mandatory
