Plant Head - UPVC

Hiring for a 'Plant Head' role for one of its client into UPVC (building material) industry.

Job Profile

1. Lead various projects such as plant expansion and warehouse expansion.

2. Increase productivity and extrusion output.

3. Reduce process scrap waste.

4. Optimize the inventory and consumable cost.

5. Improve the production up- time by implementing operational techniques for reduction in cycle time and identification of improvement opportunities.

6. Extend support for day -to-day plant operations to the plant operations team.

7. Develop, encourage, and promote a continuous improvement and learning culture.

8. New product development as per market / customer specific requirements

9. Establish and maintain manufacturing standards as per ISO 9001:2015, ISO 45001 2018 10. Adherence to product specifications as per EN:12608 standards

11. Directing plant activities with accountability for strategic utilization of available resources and machinery; ensuring smooth and uninterrupted operations of the unit.

12. Managing all supply chain operations; purchasing, storage and logistics processes, raw material supply planning activities

13. Planning management

14. Reporting of all production data, material efficiency data, machine usage and working hours data to general management.

15. Raw material and product recipes study

16. Planning the necessary activities for factory facility management

17. Ensuring coordination with administration unit
