Job Title- Plant Head/Unit Head

Location- Varanasi and Chennai

Education Qualification - B.E Mechanical/ Chemical/ Electrical/ Electronics

Work Experience - 12+ years

Age - 30+

Note : Beverage background is preferred

Job Responsibility :

1. To handle complete Plant operations in terms of Manufacturing, Quality, Logistics, Purchase & Finance Functions.

2. Overall responsible for the Product Availability as per the market Demand and to meet the Budgeted volume.

3. Responsible for Delivering Quality product in the Market place.

4. Responsible for overall plant cost & Profitability.

5. Responsible for implementing systems & processes.

6. Responsible for Key Performance Indicators for the plant

7. To maintain a cohesive & harmonious relationship in the plant team.

8. To Maintain and follow the inventory norms for RM/PM, Engineering & Finished goods.

9. To handle new Projects in the plant.

10 . Responsible for the Safety of Employees & Assets of the organization.

11. Develop skill level of the plant employees and supporting them to achieve their targets.
