Having ever increasing customer base, the company is looking for a Dynamic Plant Head for it Rolling Products Division, with world class facility setup at Bangalore Rural, 35 kms from its extrusion plant. With an installed capacity of producing Sheets, Foils, Slugs, Circles, House Foils, Casseroles, Fan Blades and Fin Stocks etc.

Job Description:

- Fully responsible for managing all aspects of modern Aluminium Foil and Rolled products

Functional Accountabilities:

- Head the rolling machine division, established with latest machinery equipments for manufacturing of aluminium rolled products along with its team of different departments such as

- Production

- Quality

- Maintenance for ensuring smooth running of the plant

- Reporting to Top Management

- Responsible for Complete activity for the plant

- New Product Development

- Manage Production Order schedule

- Vendor development

- Imports & Exports

- Stores & Inventory Management.

- Capital Goods Purchase

- Proprietary & Consumables Procurement.

- Adhere to international standards for tight tolerances on thickness, flatness and dimensional accuracy.

- Head the Sales, marketing and Production divisions in-line with the Industry's Vision and Mission

- Manage MIS: Report on monthly OTIF performance report and analysis

- Meetings and reviews on Plan vs. Actual and decide on the course correction.

- Work in tandem with Financial Budget of the Plant & discussing the same with Top Management for approval.

Key Knowledge: Metallurgy, Strips Caster, Cold Rolling Mill, Foil Mill and balancing equipments for strips production as well as foil production.

Experience: 15+ years of rich experience in operation & maintenance

Education: B.E./ B.Tech (Mechanical / Industrial Engineering / Metallurgy / Chemical Engineering)
