Handled and has been part of debottlenecking procedures for the company 5. Added value in the production by streamlining processes. 5. Develop a team 6. Has exposure of new product development 7. Overall responsible for the Product Availability as per the market 8. To handle complete Plant operations in terms of Manufacturing, Quality, Logistics, Purchase & Finance Functions 9. Responsible for implementing systems & processes. 10. Responsible for overall plant cost & Profitability.
