Technical Skills :

- Should have good Analytical Skills

- Having good exposure to PVC Leather.

- Sound knowledge of Critical Quality - processes and parameters and use of Problem-solving Techniques.

- Knowledge of polymer properties (PVC Formulations).

- Exposed to Systematic Problem-solving techniques.

- Process knowledge and Planning, Troubleshooting Production accounting, and Costing.

Responsibility Supporting Activities :

- Productivity - strategic and tactical responsibility for implementing manufacturing strategy and strategic operational goals to exceed customer expectations.

- Responsible for improving product quality, cost, and delivery, maximizing efficiency, optimizing production levels, and driving operational excellence

- Ensure optimum productivity/output of production as agreed with Management

- Ensure Dispatches take place as per customer orders and defined OTIF.

- Ensure Responsible production and performance reports

- Manpower/ Cost Management - Ensure expenses as per the agreed Budget.

- Control and minimize labor overtime, freight, and repair expenses.

- Promote innovation culture in product and process.
