Location - Bommasandra Plant- Bangalore

- Strong in Leadership, Production management, Manufacturing Plant , International Market

- Managing the functions of analytical developments under research development and implementation of broad range of Adcock Ingram product portfolio.

- Working with broad RD&I fundamentals of concept to consumer constantly transforming intellectual ideas from the boardroom, through scientific development and verification.

- Consistently evaluating the analytical methods and improvement for better sensitivity, faster and accurate analysis in-view of cost effective and time saving approaches.

- Supporting to new dossier submissions, review of eCTD modules - product development report and analytical method validation sections.

- Study director for product comparative study, dissolution development studies, Pre-formulation compatibility studies in different vertical products of OTC, Prescription, Consumer and Healthcare critical care products.

- Constantly supporting to different cross functional teams as SME in analytical and product development. Adopting and learning the new ideas and different geographical culture to speed up the process with constant evaluation by receiving and giving constructive feedback for organizational success.
