About our Client - Our Client is a leading Indian Pharmaceutical Giant listed on the BSE. With operations on over 50 countries and across all continents they are known for their innovation and best practices. They are recruiting for a Production Head for their Sterile API plant in Gujarat.

Job Description - Reporting into the Head of the BU your responsibilities will include but not be limited to. Be responsible for the entire Plant Operations.

- Create, develop and execute strategies and processes to optimize the site operations by increasing productivity and reliability, reducing cost of production etc

- Troubleshoot and investigate in face of unexpected instances at the plant.

- Meeting production schedules on time by using the resources available to you efficiently.

- Liaise regularly with Supply Chain to ensure all production takes place in a timely manner.

- Work closely with the validation team for the equipments and processes.

- Support the R and D and Quality team for pivotal batches of production.

The Successful Candidate - You have atleast 15 years experience in a plant production role with atleast the last 3 years in running your own plant with over 500 employees. You have demonstrated leadership capabilities and a track record of success. You are currently with an Pharma organisation speficially.
