Plant Head

As a Plant Head, you will be responsible for all aspects of P&L of MEPL including revenue growth, and operations. You will also be responsible for the entire operations of Nashik manufacturing plant of MEPL, from production and manufacturing to ensuring that policies and procedures are followed.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, organize, direct and run optimum day-to-day operations to exceed customers' expectations

- Connect with customers to grow the business through customer acquisition and retention

- Devise new marketing strategies to increase sales from new customers and products from current and new segments.

- Provide leadership for Quality & Operations team to achieve clear business and operational metrics, be responsible for production output, product quality, ensure compliance to all schedule for machines and facilities

- Increase production, assets capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining quality standards

- Devise & implement strategies, provide a clear vision/direction of the big picture to formulate an approach plan for business excellence

- Develop systems and processes that track and optimize productivity and standards, metrics and performance targets to ensure effective return on assets

- Provide support to all manufacturing teams and manage efficient integration of work flow

- Share a trusting relationship with plant workgroup. On-board, manage and develop plant staff, retain right talent for achieving goals of the unit and the business at large. Address employees' issues or grievances

Qualification & Experience:

- B.E. or Diploma in Mechanical

- 15 + years of proven experience of working in plant operations
