Plant Head - Mineral Water   - Manage and lead teams in all direct and indirect production processes required to product and deliver a variety of finished, bottled water products   - Responsible for all manufacturing operations including production efficiency, new product development, safety, and quality assurance.   - Ensures efficient plant production and quality targets are attained and maintained.   - Implements efficient quality control processes.   - To effectively plan the manufacturing of products.  - HSE regulation and control   - Identifies resource and equipment requirements and efficient capacity planning and Stock Management  - Manage costs, spending, CAPEX, OPEX, implement and maintain production budget.   - Leads team members by managing and executing plant processes.   Reporting to the Supply Chain Head   - 18 - 25 years of total experience, including last 2 - 3 years of managing a plant independently.   - Preferably an Engineer
