Plant Head - Manufacturing & Operations - Auto

- To handle entire Manufacturing function encompassing Fabrication, Laser, Press Operations, Paint Shop, Vehicle Assembly / Testing; 

- To Prepare and control an annual capital and operational budget.

- To lead QA functions comprising Receipt, In-process and final product Quality along with standards room & lab.

- To implemented lean manufacturing practices

- To motivate unionized work force and maintain healthy work Environment

- To work closely with Management Team and drive quality initiatives at global level.

- To manage team of professionals from Manufacturing, Quality, SCM, M.E., Purchase, R&D, IT, HR,Logistics & NPD discipline.

- Executing Strategic Planning, Goal Setting, Budgeting and Forecasting Activities for the firm

- Participating in the Organization's decision making process; managing the overall operations

- Focusing on the Top Line and Bottom Line activities with the help of resource utilization

- Facilitating new business and capacity expansion; supervising the Lean Mfg. implementation

- Supporting, developing and executing all program reviews; providing technical advice as well as expertise to systems development technical Project groups.

- Researching and developing formulation data of strategic program management, operational and financial plans

- Conducting administrative and technical reviews along with team of all discipline

- Steering the operations of the entire plant and achieving the production target as well as achieving quality at par with global competitors

- Developing new process concepts for production optimization, yield improvement and developing guidelines for the sequencing of manufacturing activities
