Key Result Area :
- Responsible for initiation & implementation of HR initiatives.
- Ensure Harmonize relation between Employee and Employer.
- Frame HR Policies in consultation with Corporate HR and implement the same.
- Define & monitor departmental Key Result Area & Performance Measures.
- Review the departmental activities and set the target to meet laid down objective.
- Encourage subordinates in their involvement towards continual improvement.
- Maintain discipline in the factory.
- Provide resources for effective implementation of HR & Admin services.
- Monitor & review the statutory compliances.
- Taking various measures to maintain harmonious industrial relations.
- Liaising with Government authorities, agencies.
- Maintain awareness and understanding of the LIPL IMS policy.
- To identify external and internal issues as well as needs and expectations of interested parties, their specific impact on dept. and review subsequent risk analysis.
- For timely statutory compliances.
- For improving the effectiveness of HR & Admin services.
- Help/Assist Factory Manager to maintain the compliances and perform the duties under the Factories Act & other labour laws applicable to the plant.
- For minimum production loss due industrial unrest.
- For taking departmental corrective actions on observed discrepancies during audits.
