Job Description :

- Together with the Country Head - Sales, you will drive the company to a higher level. As Plant Manager you are responsible for efficiency and quality of production site in India.

- You are managing and coaching the production team and administration.

- Due to your technical knowledge and focus on innovation, you are the key driver for all new developments in the factory and optimizations for processes, techniques and products.

- You work closely together with the sales department and customers to understand the requirements of the customers and to be able to deliver high customized solutions.

The Successful Candidate :

- You should have a technical background and complete know-how of Label manufacturing.

- You have already worked in the Label Industry in a similar position.

- You should have full knowledge of the procurement of materials. You have already experience in leadership.

- You are a born problem solver and due to your technical expertise you can give confidence to your team and customers. Has worked in a ISO, WHO-GMP environment. Comes in with a long term commitment.

- 8-12 years experience (or more) in a similar position.
