Plant Head - Industrial

- Achieve monthly Production and Revenue targets of the unit

- Ensure OTIF delivery with 100% Quality

- Initiate Cost reduction projects, enhancing productivity and efficiency of the plant

- Give solutions / drive all corrective and preventive actions.

- Comply with safety and government rules and regulations

- Provide leadership to Management staff and to keep them motivated

- Handle Industrial Relations ( on shop floor & External )

- Should have understanding of all the function viz Purchase, logistics, Maitenance, Production, Quality, Planning & HR.

- Understanding of TOC (Theory of Constraints)

- Understanding of TPM and Lean Manufacturing concepts

- Exposure of Working in ERP Enviornment - SAP

- Knowledge of QMS Systems

- Mass production Exposure will be preferred

- Interact with External agencies / Govt officials / local politicians

- Should have sound business acumen

- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills.

- Excellent Analytical Skills

- High people management and leadership skills

- Good judgment and decision-making skills

- Passion and enthusiasm for work and life’s challenges

- Candidates in and around Vapi / Silvassa/Daman/Valsad prefered or from Gujarat
