Job Location : Vasai - Mumbai

Qualification : MLS/ MLL/ MBA - Labour Laws with 6 -7 years of experience.

Openings : Plant Head - HR

KEY RESULT AREAS:

- Handling Union relations

- Candidates with strong experience in IR and Labour law related activities.

- Handling Labour issues

- Ensure compliance under various labour laws and to support project team for the new upcoming project

- Budget planning for the factory.

- Manpower planning for the Factory.

- Driving new initiatives.

- Handling the wages and Compensation and benefits.

- Handling union issues.

- End to end employee life cycle management.

- Maintaining healthy IR environment.

- Ensuring all statutory compliances under Factories Act, Labour Act, etc.

- Knowledge of appropriate policies and procedures .

- Evaluating performance of employees to retain a diverse workforce.

- Ensure compliance with HR and Labour policies and procedures.
