Client Details

Our client is a listed engineering organisation based in India with operations spreads across the world. They are looking for a Plant Head - Foundry Operations to take charge of their operations based in Gujarat

Description

Reporting directly to the Cluster Head, you would be responsible for:

- Managing end to end plant foundry operations including production, quality, design, maintenance, and supply chain
- Driving necessary changes and improvements in business performance to deliver strategic goals

- Maintaining throughput, power consumption, and yield metrics for the setup

- Reducing inplant and customer rejections by implementation process best practices

- Ensuring growth and learning of associated teams

Profile

Ideally, you are a Foundry professional with 12+ years of experience in managing manufacturing of casting products through nobake process. You have sound experience in managing the inputs costs, material costs and understanding drawings & patterns. You are well-versed with quality standards and can drive process improvements to reduce rejection.

You should be creative in problem-solving and must have excellent communication skills. You should have a zeal to facing new challenges and expanding your horizons of learning.
