- Our clients are a leading Pharma Formulations Manufacturing organization based in Hyderabad and have ambitious growth plans and multilocational, profitable & growing operations.

- Our clients seek an accomplished Pharma Formulations Manufacturing Operations Manager to take ownership of the Plant P&L and Operations, including Production, QC, projects, safety, regulatory, and supply chain. Must have strong strategic & operational experience. Will be based in Hyderabad and report to the Director.

- Will be expected to drive initiatives to transform the plant into a "Future-Ready" and Modern Business setup.

Job Role:

Will be expected to carry out the Operations at the Unit level to meet best practices across the industry, which will further help the organization achieve its goal.

Manage the manufacturing operations, productivity, safety, quality & regulatory affairs.

Job Description:

1.Manage plant day-to-day operations & maintenance of the manufacturing facility

2. Oversee Technical and Manufacturing operations of the Unit, including Contract Manufacturing , Ensure productivity, quality, cost, service, and safety targets for the manufacturing units.

3. Conceptualize, creatively modify, implement, monitor, maintain, review, and upgrade operational procedures.

4. Manage P& L related aspects of Unit / Plant with effective utilization of resources, minimization of the yield loss, and processing waste at various stages of manufacturing

5. Manage regulatory audits of US FDA, UK MHRA, TGA, WHO- GENEVA

6. Manage monthly/quarterly performance reports and/or provide data to the Corporate team for the plant excellence/ improvements dashboard and metrics

7. Support/lead Site Process Engineers during the Improvement or Project assignments and lead the Site Improve Cycle team

.8. Lead the Crisis team to resolve the Technical issues coming from plants related to Product quality & Product application

9. Support site teams on Process Safety, Project & Contractor management Drive Automation, Digitalization, Industry 4.0 Concepts

10. Drive Continuous Improvement (CI), coordinate FRD teams and programs, and translate them into commercial scale.

11. Coordinate with Canter of Excellence (COE), EHS, SCM, BD, and Finance teams and gel the needs in alignment with Unit / Company goals / KPIs

Candidate Profile:

1. Education: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / M.Sc.

2. Should have 12 - 25 Years of relevant experience in manufacturing formulations of which the last few years must be a plant head of operations.

3. Excellent interpersonal, written & oral communication skills.
