Plant Head - FMCG Experience ONLY

- Responsible for managing the entire plant operations efficiently to fully satisfy the current customer requirements including ensuring plant upkeep, maintaining harmonious industrial relations and ensuring compliance with quality, safety and regulatory requirements

- Ensure availability of finished goods at the factory within agreed variation of the weekly/ monthly production plan and specified quality norms to deliver consistent ingestible and visible quality and budgeted usage variance

- Control costs by optimum utilization of resources, adequate inventory control, adherence to Budgeted norms and implementation of financial procedures and norms

- Implement VPO for plant upkeep and achievement of operational efficiencies and key plant performance measures; Support capacity planning initiatives

- Liaise with government authorities & local bodies for statutory compliance and manage the external environment for smooth operation of the brewery

- Implement and adhere to quality norms & SOPs in various processes like production, brewing, and packaging to deliver consistent ingestible and visible quality

- Ensure resolution of plant related consumer complaints within specified time frame

- Set annual performance goals for team, monitor performance and provide constructive feedback to improve performance
