Plant Head - FMCD

Role and responsibility:

- Plant head will oversee all daily operations of the plant from production and develop processes that will maximize yield, safety, quality and productivity.

- Delivery best manufacturing cost from plant and lead team for continuous innovation and improvements.

- Take initiative for implementing latest manufacturing technique and having good experience of TPM activities in plant.

- Competency to follow by Laws and compliance as factory manager of Plant.

- Drive very functions of plant PPC, production, Quality, Engineering, support functions.

- Take Lead in Cost innovation ideas and drive for results.

- Plan, organize, direct and run optimum day-to-day operations to exceed our customers' expectations

- Increase production, assets capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards

- Be responsible for production output, product quality and on-time shipping

- Allocate resources effectively and fully utilize assets to produce optimal results

- Implement strategies in alignment with strategic initiatives and provide a clear sense of direction and focus
