Plant / Factory Head (Operations) from Food Manufacturing Industry

Location: Mumbai

Job Role:

- Develop and implement strategic plans in alignment with management directives.

- Formulate comprehensive material plans covering raw materials, outsourced materials, and capital expenditure.

- Optimize logistics operations to ensure maximum efficiency.

- Oversee manufacturing operations, ensuring effective monitoring and control.

- Ensure compliance with quality standards, including product quality, food safety, ISO, and FSSI norms.

- Continuously evaluate alternative materials to enhance product quality and optimize costs.

- Supervise all aspects of factory operations.

- Act as a liaison with government bodies and industry associations.

Experience / Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or master's degree in food technology or related field (relevant qualification).

- Minimum of 15-20 years of experience in the FMCG industry.
