Job Description:

Role:-

As head of plant operations

- Manage day to day operations of the plant

- Control of budgets (Revenue & expenditure budget)

- Optimum utilization of resources & facilities

- Manage maintenance schedules (Breakdown & Preventive)

- People development (Training initiatives)

- Setting up of processes, procedures and standards(operational & quality)

- Feedback to management (Performance parameters, improvement areas)

- Ensure safety standards

- Ensure legal compliance

Experience / Qualifications:-

- BE /B Tech/ MTech – Chemical

- Minimum of 15 years of experience in operation & maintenance of distillery /fertilizer or power plant

- Exposure to Effluent treatment/waste treatment process & anaerobic digestion process

- Minimum of 5-7 years of senior management experience at leadership level
