- Ensure all Personnel, IR, HR, GAD and Welfare activities are carried out as per plan - Plan IR/ HR/ Personnel strategy in coordination with the Unit Heads - Handle Union and negotiations (CoD / Long Term Agreements) and maintain proactive productive work environment. - Coordinate for IR, HR, and Personnel as per group policies. - Coordinate with Govt. Authorities to ensure organizational composure - Negotiations and Grievance Redressal - Ensure Employee discipline and smooth IR environment - Ensure employee communication and development - Coordinate for IR &amp; HR best practices/update - Participate in CSR initiatives formulated by HO/ Unit head. - Ensure implementation of IR/ HR interventions and follow up - Facilitate to support and enhance IR effectiveness - Ensure industries/ Institute interaction for talent induction/ Employer branding. - Coordination for System, standards &amp; Awards related audits - Proficiency in Regional Language (Kannada) - Must
