Plant Head - Electronics Manufacturing - Injection Moulding/Assembly Line

The candidate must have following qualities:-

1. Should have handled multiple plants

2. Must have good knowledge of Injection moulding machines, processes, moulds and materials

3. Knowledge of assembly line products

4. Good leadership qualities

5. Should be able to guide three Plant Managers and grow the business aggressively.

Key Performance Deliverables:

1. Create and implement best practice manufacturing vision, strategy, policies, processes, and procedures to aid and improve business performance for all the plants under him/her.

2. Ensure that manufacturing strategies and processes are in place to meet business objectives and operational needs in terms of price, quality, and delivery targets and which enables the company to function and compete effectively in the market

3. Evaluate the challenges faced by the business and take action to mitigate risks and develop opportunities

5. Contribute to overall business strategy and annual budget process. Prepare the annual Manufacturing budget and forecasts and all Capital Expenditure proposals as well as ensuring compliance with legal standards. Manage the budget from identification to completion of projects

6. Initiate and develop creative and innovative manufacturing processes

7. Overseeing marketing initiatives and implementing better business practices.

8. Lead, develop and implement various cost productivity programs across all areas of responsibility

9. Implement a customer focused operational culture delivering world class customer service levels

10. Converge team activities to optimize cost performance of the plant through capital investment programs, optimizing operating working capital usage and minimizing waste through the development of a continuous improvement culture encompassing lean principles and clear strategic development

11. Support project management to cross functional activity required for project execution

12. Provide leadership and coaching to the team, ensuring they are trained enabling them to achieve the operational and financial metrics within their areas of responsibility and succeed in their roles

13. Review the use of technological systems that support a more environmentally friendly approach

14. Assessing and implementing improved processes and new technologies and collaborating with management regarding the implementation of these improvements.

15.Completing performance reviews in a prudent manner.
