- Ensure uninterrupted and safe plant operations

Responsibility :

- Prepare production plan based on market requirements of designated size & specification.

- Meet Production plan requirements by planning, assigning targets and tracking progress against targets.

- Plan maintenance activities for improvement in productivity by reducing breakdowns.

- Work on succession planning of the workforce, appraise the member's performance & provide feedback.

- Direct procurement strategies / contingency plans and ensure they are aligned with production requirements.

- Develop a quality plan and ensure high quality first time minimizing rework.

- Troubleshoot process, quality, safety, capacity and cost issues

- Overall coordination & control of all activities related with plant operations & maintenance.
