Year of Experience: 15-22 Years

Qualification: BE Mechanical

The position is responsible for annual revenue of US$ 25m pa, approx. 80 employees and an important part of the leadership team for the organization in India.

The critical contribution of this position is :

- Planning & achieving the AOP targets

- Overall Plant safety

- DOS maintenance and improvements (including quality and delivery)

- Plant Human Resource Management

- Handling local compliance matters

- Plant productivity and efficiency improvements

- Continuous improvement in conversion costs, achievement of CI Savings

- Maintaining a harmonious IR environment & ensuring long term agreements with the employees union,

- Maintain local customer and other stakeholder relationships

- Coordination with other India (external to plant) Sales, Finance, Product Engineering, Program Management and Purchasing teams
