Position - Plant Head

Location - Ahmedabad

Reporting to - Direct reporting to Vice President – Operations

Dotted line reporting to functional heads of Corporate

Reportees - Functional Heads of the plant.

Purpose of the Role - Overall responsible for manufacturing operation including production, quality, engineering, product development, TQM, HR & Administration etc. of the plant.

Qualification - B.E. Mechanical / Production / Automobile

Experience - 8 -12 years preferably in Auto Ancillary

Roles & Responsibilities

1 Productivity - Responsible for overall production & planning activity ,Ensure smooth flow of all Mfg. activities in the plant. Creation of capacities either by expansion of existing units with a 2 year future plans.

2 Quality - Responsible for maintaining and improving Quality in the plant. Ensure proper implementation of Quality Management Systems .

3 Cost - Monitor, control & minimize total mfg. cost and Maximise OEE.(Overall Equipment Effectiveness) Reduction of administrative cost

4 Delivery - Ensure timely & full delivery of Finished Goods.

5 Safety - Inculcate safety in the work environment.
