Our client is a renowned Auto Ancillary firm, global auto component manufacture .They are developing and launching new products in the market. They're currently looking for the role planthead for the location Gurgaon,India.

Job Description

- Managing entire plant activities

- Managing P&L for the company

- Heading all the main verticals like Manufacturing,Operations

- Great exposure on Kaizen and six sigma projects

Mandatory Skills:

- 15 -18 years of Work Experience in reputed organizations in the Auto OEM/Ancillary Industry

- Mandatory Experience in P&L Management

- B.Tech/BE degree. MBA from a reputed B-school is an advantage

- Currently working as a Head of Manufacturing/Operations

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Great Leadership and team handling skills

- Strong business acumen
