Plant Head - Agrochemical Manufacturing

Client :

One of India's fast growing Agrochemical companies and a subsidiary of the centenary celebrating Business Conglomerate

A leading manufacturer of Synthetic Pyrethroids, Herbicides, Fungicides, Pesticide Intermediates and Special Formulations.

Indicative JD :

- Leadership responsibility for the overall plant operations to make sure all plant functions operate optimally to achieve the business objectives.

- Responsibility for operational efficiency, process improvements, governance and compliance (as per both internal and external guidelines) within the plant.

- Budgeting & control for the plant.

- Own the business metrics with regards to the plant operations.

- Responsible for people management and employee satisfaction at the plant level.

Desired Skills and Experience:

- PG in Engg / Mgmt from a reputed institute with about 18 to 25 years of experience in manufacturing / plant management.

- Leadership experience in a similar role in Heavy Chemicals/Agro plants.

- Good knowledge of Chemical industry to be able to value add to the role.
