Plant Head - Administration - EPC - Factory (17-28 yrs)
We are at present having a senior position as PLANT HEAD - ADMINISTRATION for a reputed Indian EPC company for THEIR MANUFACTURING PLANT in WEST BENGAL location
Type of Role : People Manager Role
The main scope of the role is to lead the journey towards Administrative excellence for overall Plant, the Company Housing Estate by providing leadership to all aspects of Administration
The incumbent should have good knowledge over Bengali language
Direct Reports : Chief Manager Plant Admin
Manager / Sr. Manager Security Administration
Members (Non Managerial) of Plant Admin
Major Responsibilities and Accountabilities :
i. Responsible for formulating, proposing and execution of revenue and CAPEX budgets related to general administration.
ii. Monitoring the expenses and adherence to the approved Budget by proper resource and service management.
iii. Responsible for liaising with the civil and police administrations.
iv. Responsible for proper mobilization of Contractual manpower under Plant Administration and reduction of manpower cost.
v. Responsible for Planning and execution of Administrative services during normal Plant operation as well as any emergency including shutdown periods adopting a proactive and system based approach and adherence to related statues.
vi. Coordination with other functions for ensuring cost effective and uninterrupted administrative services.
vii. Responsible for maintaining overall administration of company, the Company Housing Estate.
viii. Responsible for Internal Customer Satisfaction survey and strategise developmental plans.
ix. Responsible for maintaining the Security of Man and Machine inside the Plant as well as co by implementation and execution of automated surveillance and access control systems.
x. Training and development of support groups like Canteen Boys, Security, Housekeeping staffs by external agencies and / or internally.
i. Experience in handling automated surveillance and access control systems.
ii. Knowledge about the various Administrative areas and the relevant statues.

i. The incumbent needs to be a strong leader with an ability to personally counsel employees at all levels below him in the organization.
ii. He must have good commercial acumen, be a persuasive communicator, possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and be capable of thinking strategically.
iii. He should have excellent man-management skills and building relationships, especially with external and internal people, at the senior level.
iv. Identifying opportunities and innovative approaches for learning and implementing new things as per latest industry standards.
