Plant FR (Financial Reporting)

BNC is hiring for shared service setup for Plant FR role for Jamshedpur location

1. Manage and execute day-to-day finance operations of the plant in the form of bill approvals, provisions, costing and monthly closures

2. Inventory Management, CAPEX and Maintenance management

3. Aiding in the monthly calculation of standard costs and preparing associated reports to analyze gross margin by products

4. Carrying out overhead allocation & analysis of actual overhead cost and standard cost with suggestions/recommendations

5. Inputting product costs that are accurate representation and set-up these costs in the ERP systems

6. Monitoring & reporting inventory aging of the products and optimum holding level

7. Monthly MIS for result on monthly/quarterly basis

8. Maintain tight control on the spends and production efficiencies of the plant by constantly measuring PR/PO/Spends vs budget as well as previous trends. Highlight where losses have been incurred or deviations taken from the plan

9. Oversee overall financial health of the plant in terms of propriety of spends, inventory maintenance and usage, finished goods storage and quality outcomes

10. Partner with various stakeholders at the Plant and HO to ensure right communication and execution of deliverables towards day-to-day operations, monthly closures and reviews

11. Ensure all compliances from a financial standpoint with respect to tax and laws of the state

12. Work with internal/External audit team as well as initiate action on their own to stress test the control procedures at the plant

13. Review and oversee the execution of capex proposals at the plant both at the time of implementation and after completion to ensure right outcomes

Desired Candidate Profile

1. CA/ MBA - Finance with 2-3 years of experience with prior leadership experience

2. Extremely good knowledge of Financing process Excellent analytics skills translating to strong financial modeling skills

3. Orientation to Finance SAP ERP Module Proficient in Audit procedures and reporting
