Plant Financial Controller - Consumer Durable - CA

We are looking for Plant Financial Controller for one of the consumer durable company.

Location : JHAGADIA (Gujarat)

CA is mandatory. Post Qualification experience of 10+ years.

Job Description :

1. Ownership for Plant Management reports / dashboards with recommendations to drive key goals as defined for the Plant operations team.

2. Engage teams and drive continuous improvements and efficiencies to deliver faster and better results Complete Product Costing (Standard and Actual) - Annual planning cycle and New product costings.

3. Preparation and approvals of Annual Financial Plan, Strategic Plans, Capital Plans in close coordination with Cross functional inputs and Head Office Finance team.

4. Supporting indirect tax team on Import & Export documentation. Hands on experience on Export incentive & licensing schemes.

5. Drive process improvement / simplifications for the operations team to drive efficiencies and controls.

6. Project / Capital expenses tracking & analysis associated with all on-going projects. Due diligence in capitalization of assets and calculations of profitability index for upcoming capex proposals for long term benefits.

7. Closure of monthly books of accounts as per US GAAP and monthly compliance as per rules of the land and Internal company policies.

8. Responsible for on time and smooth closure of Internal Audits and Statutory audits including Cost audits on regulated intervals with no qualifications.

9. Support systems enhancements in line with IT road map and business requirements.
