Plant Finance Head - Baddi/Himachal Pradesh We have a suitable opening in the Operations Division for the role of Plant Finance Head, based in Baddi Plant. You come with a relevant experience of 8-10 years. In this role, you will oversee the financial and controlling management of the factory and supervise accounting and information systems. You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of P&L (Profit and Loss) of Baddi Plant as a business unit. Job Responsibilities: - Manage the controlling processes associated with the plan, budget and trends: assessing the major objectives, analyzing the results of activity, anticipating risks, and carrying out the necessary arbitration with members of the management committee with regard to the allocation of resources - Implement and maintain permanent procedures to guarantee the coherence, relevance and reliability of management information flows and financial flows in line with the Group's standards. - Implement all necessary initiatives required to manage and apply procedures and good practices pertaining to Internal Control. - Optimize savings and productivity opportunities and propose them to his/her Management Committee in order to optimize costs - Supervise the drafting of monthly reports. - Ensure the reliability of taxation and legal operations (company accounts, contracts, etc.) - Participate in developing teams and provide them with all necessary support in carrying out their mission. Key Deliverables (Illustrative): - Year on Year improvement in the standard price of the products manufactured at the plant - Delivery of profit for the plant as agreed - New product launches. Ensuring new product development happens at the right and competitive standard prices in line with group methodology - Engagement of plant teams to identify cost-saving opportunities, and see to their execution - Maintenance of balance sheet hygiene on Fixed Assets, Inventory, Payables and Receivables etc as the group norms - No observations in statutory audits - Closure of Internal Audit Action Plan and Internal Control Action Plan within agreed timelines C1 - Internal use - All statutory compliance related to tax for the factory in alignment with the country tax manager Key Competencies: - A confident and articulate communicator capable of inspiring strong leadership and collaboration. - Ability to analyse data to gather insights and find opportunities - Build and manage relationships - Ability to manage simultaneous projects and meet deadlines - Business results-oriented: the ability to perform, budget and manage forecast - Proactive, positive and innovative mind - Strong analytical, problem solving and project management skills - Attention to detail and complex processes - Understanding digital and tech is the key Key Relationships: - Reports to Plant Direct and dotted line reporting to Country CFO and ZONE CFO - Internal Stakeholders - Pune and Baddi Plant team, Subcon, R&I, sales, marketing, supply chain, Country finance team, Global and Zone finance teams - External Stakeholders - Suppliers, Financial Agencies, Govt Agencies, Supply Chain and Finance teams Education: CA or MBA
