Plant Finance Head - Automotive - CA

- Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis to identify cost drivers, variance analysis, and opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvement within the plant.

- Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop, monitor, and update financial plans, budgets, and forecasts for the plant, providing insights into expected costs, revenues, and capital expenditure.

- Cost Control: Implement cost control measures and identify areas where cost savings can be achieved without compromising product quality or safety.

- Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements for the plant, and present findings to senior management.

- Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing excess and obsolete inventory.

- Capital Expenditure Analysis: Evaluate proposed capital projects, conducting return on investment (ROI) analysis and making recommendations for investment decisions.

- Compliance and Regulations: Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations, accounting standards, and internal policies.

Qualifications:

- CA with 15+ years experience in factory finance/plant finance role

- Proven experience in plant finance, financial analysis, or related roles.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and plant operations.
