Plant Finance Controller - CA - Manufacturing

Currently hiring Plant Controller for German MNC based in Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive cost and cash competitiveness of production unit.

- Drive sourcing and supply chain decisions from a cost point of view.

- Develop and introduce appropriate performance measures behind relevant business processes.

- Ensure that financial practices in production are in line with legal/tax requirements and guiding principles.

- Oversee the Statutory Compliances at Factory - Excise, Service Tax, VAT/CST, Local Municipal Bodies, Labour Laws,etc

Ideal Candidate:

- 5+ years of Post qualification experience

- Leading Manufacturing companies, preferably from FMCG, Pharma & Retail (MNC's only)

- Chartered Accountant from a reputed Institute

- Age 28-35

- At least 5 years of experience as a Financial Controller, ideally for a multinational company of the fast moving consumer goods industry

- Fluent in English - fluently in speaking and writing
